Day 5? - 05/03/13
-Toasted bagel and the small cream cheese thing they give you with it
-banana
-water
Lunch..I just got a bunch of things from the fridge..
-Romaine lettuce leaves
-Four mini lemon garlic chicken tenderloins
-2/3 cup of rice
-cooked onion and jalapeno
-green onion
-pepper
…yeah…everything I listed, I ate little bunches of it.
-I ate like…3 strawberries
Dinner(post workout)
-Banana
-a piece of chocolate.
PRETTY GOOD TODAY.
The chocolate was needed…I’m on my period.
And I did blogilates for an hour. I’m following her videos list. Seriously got me so sweaty and nasty after like 10 minutes. 10 MINUTES ONLY.
And then I went to the gym for an hour. I ran/walked/elliptical for 3 miles? f-u-n.
That’s it.
SERIOUSLY
MY FAT IS GETTING ANNOYING.
Anyway.
Today,
ate a banana
half a bag of peanuts. I think maybe one and a half handfuls?
Drank Water
Chipotle - steak
Starbucks iced green tea

Day 3 - 04/28/13
I forgot a few days…
Today I ate…
-like 7 korean rice cakes. 5 little ball sized ones and 2 square ones.
-a few tortilla chips with nacho cheese. I couldn’t help myself. There wasn’t much to eat at church today :(
-5 mini cheddar and salami crackers. Half the size of the ones from lunchables! So they were tiny.
-tea from tranquil tea lounge
-shared with my friend a flourless chocolate molten cake. it was smaller than my palm. Freaking expensive for a measly piece of “cake”. More like a tiny cupcake.
-homemade beef stir fry with onions and bell peppers over rice. I ate a whole plate of rice though…

Made myself some spicy tuna salad and a spicy tuna roll.
Ate another 3 tangerines
Drank unsweetened black tea
No exercise…I seriously hate finals. It screws with my exercising schedule.

Blueberry cream cheese danish
Bowl of romaine salad with chicken, avocado, orange bell pepper, and eggs.
Ate that with the asian sesame dressing from costco.
Gonna eat the same salad again.
and then strawberries.
I’m drinking a cup of coffee right now.
